Shane Young is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with more than fifteen years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout Southern Utah. His professional background includes residential treatment, crisis intervention, behavioral health, family systems work, and trauma-informed care. Shane is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate difficult seasons of life while building resilience, healthier relationships, and lasting personal growth.
He works with clients facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, behavioral difficulties, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. Shane believes meaningful therapy begins with feeling safe, understood, and respected, and he strives to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly explore challenges and work toward positive change.
